Recommended Use: Adults: Use 4 drops in each nostril every 4 hours, or as needed.  Children 10 years of age and older: Use 2 drops in each nostril every 4 hours, or as needed.  Consult a physician for use in children under 10 years of age.

Directions: Clear nasal passageway by gently blowing nose before use.  Prior to initial use, prime the pump dropper by holding upright and pumping one or more times until enough solution is in dropper.  Insert dropper into nostril and press pump one or more times until 4 drops have been released in each nostril.  For best results, support neck and tilt head back before use to allow Sinus Rx to deeply penetrate and dissolve mucus most effectively.
