All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Anytime an order is shown delivered according to the shipping agency and is contested by the customer, a claim will be initiated with the shipping agency. This process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery (according to tracking information). If a delivery claim is initiated outside of the 14 days (according to tracking information), then a claim will not be initiated with the shipping agency.

Ethereal Rx offers shipping corresponding with rates determined by our third party shipping service on all products shipped in the U.S. Shipping rates vary depending on location within the U.S. and the weight of the item shipped. We currently do not offer international shipping options.
