Delivery times may vary for each item. Most of our items are shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified as soon as your item has been processed and shipped.  Although we do not guarantee a shipping date, most items will arrive within 7 business days after processing.  Please check your email for notification regarding your order.

Tracking Your Shipment

We will always email you the necessary information about your item’s shipment, including confirmation, processing, actual time of shipment, and the item’s order status. You will receive these updates at the designated email you registered with your Ethereal Rx account.

If you have not received an email update, we recommend you check your Spam folder, as emails can get stuck there. We also recommend that you do this before contacting our Customer Support. 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.etherealrx.com. If you are not satisfied with the item that you have purchased because you don’t feel it has visibly or sensibly helped your health in any way at all, please contact our Customer Support at customersupport@etherealrx.com and we will refund your full purchase on the spot. To be eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must contact our customer support within 30 days from the order date of the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork to ensure full refund of the purchase price. In some circumstances, eligibility may also be subject to a Customer Support Survey to help us ensure our products are never anything short of superior quality and results.

Return Policy

To help maintain customer satisfaction, most purchases from Ethereal Rx may be returned subject to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To return an item not subject to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the item must be either defective or damaged.  We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction on subjective belief or personal taste. 

Refunds

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 7 to 14 days after receipt of purchase.

Defective Items

An item that is discovered to be defective upon receipt can be exchanged, or returned for a refund of the transaction price within 14 days.

Damaged Items

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 1 business day after the date of receipt. An item that is discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same item only.

Return Shipping

We only reimburse return shipping costs when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will ship the replacement item to you at our expense, and employ our best efforts to ensure that the replacement order is at your doorstep quicker. 

Limitations on Returns

If the item is beyond 30 days of the purchase date, Ethereal Rx reserves the right to refuse any investigation into the issue. 

Shipping Claims

Anytime an order is shown delivered according to the shipping agency and is contested by the customer, a claim will be initiated with the shipping agency. This process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery (according to tracking information).  If a delivery claim is initiated outside of the 14 days (according to tracking information), then a claim will not be initiated with the shipping agency.  

Ethereal Rx is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been received by the customer. Ethereal Rx is not responsible for any item that is sold to a third party.

Shipping Rates

Ethereal Rx offers shipping corresponding with rates determined by our third party shipping service on all products shipped in the U.S.  Shipping rates vary depending on location within the U.S. and the weight of the item shipped.  We currently do not offer international shipping options.
